FAQ

The questions people ask at SEZ.

What is included in the daily rate?

Unlimited kilometres, automatic, air-conditioning, third-party insurance, a free second driver and no deposit. Airport or hotel delivery is arranged when you book. Child seat or booster is €10 a day. Stay 6–10 days and the daily rate drops €5; 11 days and over, €8.

Do I need a deposit or a credit card?

No deposit. Pay on delivery.

What does the insurance cover?

Third-party only. If the accident is not your fault, you pay nothing. If it is your fault and the car is a write-off, you pay an excess of €2,000 and insurance pays the rest. Scratches and other damage are not covered — you pay the garage quotation or spare parts. You can cut the excess to €1,500 for €10 extra per day.

What are your hours?

07:00 to 22:00, every day. Last pickup or delivery is 22:00. If your flight starts from 05:00, we can still deliver — send the flight number on WhatsApp.

Where do I meet you at the airport?

After baggage and customs, look for the Nicko name board in the arrivals hall. The car is in the terminal car park. If the aircraft is late, message WhatsApp from the gate.

How do I book?

Pick dates, choose a class, send the request on WhatsApp +248 251 6165. No account. Child seat, booster or excess reduction can be added in the same message.
